aerotier.com is operated by Aerotier Manufacturing LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Connecticut, United States. “We” and “Aerotier” mean that company.
This site is information, not an offer
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Capability descriptions state the work Aerotier is established to undertake. A binding commitment arises only from a written quotation issued by Aerotier and a purchase order accepted by Aerotier in writing.
Terms of supply are separate, and they win
Where any statement on this website conflicts with the terms of a quotation, order acknowledgement or supply agreement, the terms of that document govern. A web page is not a contract document and is not to be read as varying one.
Accuracy, and the parts that change
We take care that this site is accurate, and the statements about Aerotier’s certifications, registrations and stage on the quality sheet are written to be correct as at that sheet’s revision date. Aerotier is in start-up and that position is expected to change. If you are relying on it for a supplier qualification decision, ask us to confirm it in writing rather than relying on the page.
Export control
Do not transmit export-controlled technical data to Aerotier or through this website. Aerotier is not registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls at this time and cannot receive ITAR-controlled technical data. You are responsible for the export control status of anything you send us and for any notice, marking or distribution statement it carries.
Confidential information
Do not send confidential drawings or specifications before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Ask, and we will sign yours. Unsolicited material sent without an agreement is handled with reasonable care but is not subject to an obligation of confidence we have not agreed to.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and marks on this site belong to Aerotier Manufacturing LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating Aerotier as a supplier. Other reproduction requires our written consent. Standards named on this site — IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, AS9100 and others — are the property of their respective publishers and are referenced descriptively.
