Privacy notice
How Aerotier Manufacturing LLC handles personal data in connection with this website.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no web forms and no cookies set by us. It is static HTML. If you do not email us, we do not learn who you are.
What we collect
If you email us. We receive whatever you put in your message — typically your name, email address, employer and whatever technical detail you choose to send. We use it to answer you and, if it becomes a quote or an order, to run that work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs for requests to this site, including IP address, time, the page requested and browser user agent. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for operational and security purposes and are retained under that provider’s own retention settings.
Third parties this site contacts
One, and we would rather name it than let you find it in a network tab:
- Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads. That request necessarily discloses your IP address and user agent to Google. Nothing else on this site is loaded from a third party.
Cookies
This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep things
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — an enquiry that goes nowhere is deleted in the ordinary course; correspondence attached to a quote or an order is retained with the business records for that work, which in manufacturing is typically a long time and is sometimes a contractual requirement of the customer.
Who we share with
Our hosting and email providers, as a necessary part of running the site and receiving mail. Otherwise: nobody, unless you have asked us to, or we are required to by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aerotier.com and we will answer. Where a legal obligation or an active contract requires us to keep something, we will tell you that rather than quietly not act.
Sending us technical data
Please read the export control note on the contact sheet before attaching drawings or specifications to an email. Aerotier is not registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls at this time and cannot receive ITAR-controlled technical data.
