Aerotier Manufacturing LLC
A Connecticut electromechanical manufacturer, in start-up, building interconnect for programs where a failure in the field is expensive in something other than money.
Why start another harness shop
Because the thing that most often goes wrong on an interconnect program is not the crimp. It is the paperwork around the crimp: which revision was in build, which lot the contacts came from, who inspected it, and whether any of that can still be answered two years later when a unit comes back off an aircraft.
Established shops solve that by bolting a record-keeping system onto a process that grew up without one. A manufacturer starting now does not have to. Aerotier is being built so that the build record is produced by the process rather than assembled afterwards to satisfy an auditor.
That is the whole thesis, and it is the reason the quality sheet is written the way it is — including the parts where today’s honest answer is “not yet”.

Part of Vexidus Corporation
Aerotier is a Vexidus Corporation company. Vexidus is a holding company operating across aerospace and defense manufacturing, supply-chain software and security — sectors that share one problem, which is knowing reliably where something is, who held it, and what was done to it.
For Aerotier that connection is practical rather than structural: it means the traceability described on the capabilities sheet is delivered on a real system of record from day one, instead of a spreadsheet that works until the first audit.
Cargovate
Per-serial build records, custody and document control run on Cargovate, the supply-chain and asset-lifecycle platform built within the group. It is licensed on ordinary commercial terms, and it is not a condition of working with Aerotier — your records are yours, exportable, in formats you already use.
Early is a good time to talk
A supplier being stood up now can be built around how your program actually works. That window does not stay open long.
