What we build
Three capability areas, chosen because they are one discipline rather than three: a conductor terminated correctly, assembled into something, and delivered with the paperwork that proves it.
Wire harness & cable assembly
Discrete wire harnesses, cable assemblies and overbraided bundles — cut, strip, crimp, splice, label and test. Built from your drawing package and wire list, to your connector and contact callouts.
Electromechanical & box build
Panels, enclosures, backplanes and sub-assemblies: harness into chassis, mechanical fit, torque to spec, continuity and function check before it leaves the bench.
Kitting & instrumented supply
Bill-of-material kitting, connector and contact management, and a per-serial record of what went into which unit — so a question asked two years from now has an answer.

Where the record matters as much as the part
Interconnect for airframe, avionics and ground support, built to aerospace workmanship standards with traceability from the first article onward.
Prototype, motorsport and low volume
Development harnesses, test-cell and instrumentation looms, and low-volume production where engineering change is constant and lead time decides.
Taken on as qualifications are in place
Defense programs are squarely in our plan. We will quote that work as the registrations and qualifications it requires are obtained — and not before.
That last line is deliberate. A supplier who will confirm anything to win a package is the supplier who fails the audit later, and in this industry that becomes your problem as much as ours. What we do and do not hold today is written down.
How we build
A new manufacturer cannot offer you thirty years of history. What it can offer is a process that was designed rather than accumulated — and one built to be audited from the day it starts.

The drawing package governs
We build to your wire list, connector callouts and revision — not to an interpretation of them. Where a drawing is ambiguous we raise it before we cut wire, not after.

Every unit carries a serial, and every serial carries a record
Materials, lot, operator, process step and inspection result are recorded against the individual unit as it is built, not reconstructed from memory at shipment.

Inspection is a step, not an opinion
Continuity, insulation and pull test as the build calls for them, recorded against the serial with the result and the equipment that produced it.

Change is controlled in writing
A revision change is a document, not a phone call. Superseded revisions are closed out so the wrong one cannot quietly stay in build.

Aerotier is in start-up. Rather than let you find that out three meetings in, here is the position in full, current as of this page’s revision date.
Because you were going to ask, and because a supplier who states its position plainly at the start is telling you something useful about how it will report a nonconformance later. The quality sheet sets out the standards this work is built to and what is being pursued.
